It's 8:30 pm and Felipa does all he can to make a living at this very difficult. At dawn, walking through the streets of Phoenix in bags collecting plastic bottles and cans of Coke and then separate them into different containers house sold to an intermediary who will lead them to a recycling plant. With the rising anti-immigrant paranoia in Arizona, four children to support and a husband deported to Mexico three weeks ago, Felipa says only he can pray for a miracle. Or for Anglos, whose heart and feelings, are given the opportunity to meet a Latino."

El Departamento de Justicia presenta una denuncia contra Arizona para invalidar la ley mientras aumentan los éxodos, las redadas y el miedo.
Son las 8:30h y Felipa hace lo único que puede para ganarse la vida en este momento tan complicado. Al alba, pasea por las calles de Phoenix recogiendo en bolsas botellas de plástico y latas de Coca Cola para luego separarlas en casa en diferentes contenedores que venderá a un intermediario que las llevará a una fábrica de reciclaje. Con la paranoia anti inmigrante en alza en Arizona, cuatro hijos que mantener y un esposo deportado a México hace tres semanas, Felipa dice que sólo le queda rezar para que suceda un milagro. O para que los anglos, “que tienen corazón y sentimientos, se den la oportunidad de conocer a un latino”.
